Cleanliness

Cleanliness, safety, and hygiene are of the utmost importance to us.  We sterilize and sanitize equipment for all services and treatments.  We do offer the sale of Personal Manicure Kits as well as other personal supplies and equipment upon request.

Medical Conditions, Pregnancy, and Medication

We request that you disclose any medical condition, pregnancy, and/or prescription and non-prescription medication you are taking as some services may be contra-indicated.  We require all clients to complete a confidential Medical/Personal History Form.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, we require 24 hour notice.  We reserve the right to impose a 100% of service cancellation fee for notice less than 24 hours.  No shows will be charged 100% of fee. We require 72 hour notice to cancel or reschedule group service appointments and spa packages.  Failure to do so will result in a 100% of service cancellation fee.  Management reserves the right to cancel or reschedule
appointments based on inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.  Thank you!

Payments and Scheduling

Payment is due when services are rendered. We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
American Express), checks, money orders, cashier's checks, and cash. We require a credit card on file or 50%
deposit to schedule all appointments.

Prices

Prices are subject to change at any time.  Travel fees and gratuities may apply.

Gratuities

Tipping is welcome and often left to the discretion of our clients.  20% gratuities are customary.  Management
reserves the right to add gratuities when deemed necessary.

Etiquette

Absolutely 100% Non-Sexual Massage is offered by Pamper Me Please LLC. We reserve the right to
terminate any appointment immediately if any inappropriate behavior occurs with any professional
team member. Behavior such as touching a therapist, suggestive body language, suggestive verbal and nonverbal language including joking with any sexual connotation will result in an immediate termination of
the appointment session without any refunds.
